Yellowcard Stream New Song feat. Tay Jardine (WATIC)
Click here to stream “Here I Am Alive”, the first single from Yellowcard’s yet-to-be-released album, Southern Air. It features Tay Jardine of We Are The In Crowd, and Patrick Stump had a hand at writing this song. Southern Air comes out on 8/14.
Well, I definitely don’t recognize Yellowcard any more. I don’t even know what to say about this song. Nothing compared to the style when I saw them live in 2005. Tay’s vocals blend with the song at least. Needless to say, this song gives me little hope for the album, because it’s so generic. At least their old song “Lights and Sounds” has a rock vibe to it.
